Causeway Aero was founded in 2000 as a specialist Aero Engineering Services provider and is now Ireland’s only Tier 1 Aero Integrator.
Causeway manufactures aircraft interior components and aerostructures and can also carry out maintenance on these products. It offers provides engineering design, stress analysis and product certification support, with full configuration control through its INFOR CloudSuite Aerospace & Defense tool set and BS EN AS9100 approved quality system.
It operates across two sites in the UK, at Lisburn and Bristol and at Sligo in the Republic of Ireland, with over 39,000ft² of floor space and highly motivated employees.
Causeway holds UK CAA Part 21G and Part 145 approvals for its sites in Lisburn and Bristol, as well as having a BS EN AS9100 approved quality system. The new facility in Sligo is in the process of gaining EASA Part-21G approval from the Irish Aviation Authority.
This means Causeway will be one of the few aerospace companies able to deliver against alternative approvals and Form 1, offering maximum flexibility for customers.
